Griffin’s commitment to continued education through Butler Manufacturing, along with learning and sharing knowledge with other builders via roundtable meetings and builder groups, is instrumental in providing the latest industry-proven offerings to its customers. His industrial safety degree has provided valuable insights into organizational practices, further enhancing Van Hoose Construction’s approach to project management and worker safety.
